Something about a big empty house last night made sleep very difficult. I tossed and turned all night and groaned when my alarm went off to hit the gym. I dragged my butt in to get some squat work in and decided after my warmup and pre-lift movements (and a suggestion from Shane the Trainer) that Id be better off lifting tomorrow. Instead I spent my Tuesday morning photographing some content and doing some mobility work... and also put together this simple spread for #toasttuesday! Im really
