All throughout life we have always been told to eat small meals throughout the day to boost your metabolism. About a year and a half ago my brother sent me a book called Delay Dont Deny by Gin Stephens. It talks about the effects of Fasting on your body. Though I havent been doing it every day I try to do 16:8 (fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours) as much as I can and I have been feeling amazing.
