Bedtime drink to detox your liver while you sleep. 2 cups coconut milk 1 Tsp turmeric powder A pinch of black pepper 1/2 inch of ginger, peeled & minced 1 Tbsp coconut oil 1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder 1 Tsp honey Warm on the stove and simmer for 5 minutes. Drink it right away.
