Enjoying this yummy (dare I say....dessert like) lunch smoothie before heading to the gym to do personal training with clients this afternoon! Great balance of carbs and protein: 10 oz cashew milk, 3 tbsp PBfit, unsweetened cocoa powder, a frozen banana, ice, and 1 tbsp of LIVfit superfood blend. I also added Greek yogurt, which can be omitted for a vegan option. Thanks to @betterbodyfoods for the superfood blend and pb!
