At our house, we are looking for ways to use up all the squash from our CSA share with Grant Family Farms. To be honest, my family finds zucchini and yellow squash bland - the "chicken" of vegetables so to speak. Luckily, like chicken, squash takes on flavor profiles readily and this recipe featured in the recent Williams-Sonoma catalog is a great example of amping up the flavor of this prolific summer veg. Try it with grilled chicken or pork loin for a fantastic easy dinner.
